Cesar Ivan is an artist that lives in the seventh
floor of this building. He was one of the first residents
to start renting here.
I think he has one of the most interesting apartments
in this area. The kitchen is the place where
Cesar Ivan's friends gather to have a glass of wine, talk,
dance and lisen to great music.

He lives with his girlfriend Melissa.
