Man in a wheelchair

This man likes to take stuff that doesn't belong to him.

I caught him in action once. This afternoon he had taken this case from a car.

If you try to stop him he will kick you and if you insist he'll take out a knife

about 4" long which he carries hidden just in case he gets searched by the police.

He says that stealing is his job.
