My neighbor getting her SUV towed
This week two of my neighbors got their cars towed away for owing
too much in parking tickets.

109 N. Mesa is the address of the building where I live. I live in the heart of downtown in a seven story building that houses six loft like apartments and retail stores on the first floor.
