New sidewalk
Wonder how long til this sidewalk is full of gum just like the other sidewalks downtown.
About two years ago there was a team that used to clean the gum off the sidewalks by
freezing the gum and scrapping it off.
Maybe it was to costly or it got to a point where gum on the sidewalks was just too much
and it became useless to try to clean it up. How about a fifty dollar fine for anybody throwing
their gum on the sidewalk, that might help.
